Questions about Myndchat plans and what each one includes

What does the Free plan include?

It covers the essentials to get started: conversation automations, contact capture and basic segmentation, for up to a thousand active contacts a month, with no card required.

Can I switch plans later?

You can, at any time. The switch takes effect immediately and billing is adjusted in proportion to what was left of the cycle.

How is the Pro price calculated?

Pro starts at R$149 a month and scales with your audience: the more active contacts, the higher the tier. You see the tier before confirming.

What counts as an active contact?

Any contact you exchanged at least one message with during the cycle. Anyone who did not interact that month is not counted.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. The Free plan never asks for a card, and you only enter payment details when you decide to subscribe to Pro.

Which channels are included?

Instagram, Messenger and TikTok on every plan. WhatsApp and Telegram come in from Pro upwards.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

You can. Cancellation applies at the end of the current cycle and you keep access until then, with no penalty.

How does support work?
